Financial Controller
The principle accountabilities entails the following but are not limited to:

Chief Policy & Development Officer

Responsibilities:
Create and communicate store performance goals to staff
Conduct regular store visits to maintain customer service appearance
And overall success objectives
Oversee daily store replenishment using Point of Sale
Manage purchases, pricing and open-to-buy to achieve inventory turnover objectives
Loss Management
Oversee management, training, and coaching of the sales team
Create annual sales and expense forecasts and manage accordingly
Produce trends, concerns and opportunities for improving company objectives

Requirements:
5+ years Senior Management experience College Degree
Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate others
Extensive listening and communication skills
Ability to manage overall operation s of multiple stores.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Ability to function as a role model during store visits.
Extensive knowledge of retail POS and or ability to learn
Proactive thinker.
Must be able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
Clean police record and able to pass a drug test.
Salary Cl$35,000.00 per annum with yearly wage review
